Michael Jenny Bio

Michael Jenny is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking group. Michael has more than two decades of M&A expertise with an emphasis on metals and manufacturing. He has advised business owners and sponsors on M&A, restructuring, and capital-raising transactions across a multitude of metals and specialty materials sectors, including production, distribution, fabrication, and recycling. Prior to joining Stout, Michael was a Partner at Livingstone Partners on its Global Industrials team. Prior to Livingstone, he was a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Global Industrials Group, where he spent 12 years executing numerous domestic and international cross-border transactions. Michael is also active in his local community and has served on the Village of Glenview, Illinois’ Board of Trustees, since 2011. As of 2021, he has shifted into the role of village president, where he focuses on maintaining fiscal responsibility, increasing outreach, and engaging the community.
