Larry Ma Bio

Larry Ma is a Managing Director within the Investment Banking group and is based out of Stout’s Shanghai office. Larry has rich experience in strategy development, merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory (particularly cross-border M&A), and private equity investment in China, Asia, and U.S. Larry has lead over 120 engagements across multiple sectors, including consumer/retail, pharmaceuticals, industrial products, logistics, business services, and clean-energy. Larry’s services include corporate strategy development, market entry and expansion strategy, direct investment, M&A and corporate finance advisory, and transaction support. Previously Larry served in the following roles: Partner at OC&C Strategy Consultants based in Shanghai, Head of M&A Strategy Group with PricewaterhouseCoopers Greater China based in Shanghai, Director of Private Equity Investment with Citigroup Venture Capital International based in Singapore and Hong Kong, and Strategy Consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton in the U.S. and Asia-Pacific.
