Chad Moore is a Managing Director in the Healthcare practice of Stout’s Investment Banking group. He brings over 25 years of experience, including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and equity and debt financing. He has executed more than 75 transactions with a focus on pharma technology, data, and services. Prior to joining Stout, Chad co-founded three companies in the healthcare technology and services sector. These companies have raised over $225 million of capital. He also founded and was Head of Pharma Services investment banking at Robert W. Baird & Co. and Leerink Partners. Chad's earliest sector experience was gained at a private equity-backed CRO that went public during his tenure. Prior to focusing on investment banking and entrepreneurship, he was a certified public accountant, spending time at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
