Scott’s responsibilities include advising private business owners who were seeking private-equity solutions to maximize personal wealth creation and assisting in the procurement and processes leading to completed transactions. His M&A experience includes serving as an Associate with Lake Capital, a private equity firm focused on middle market service-based companies. In this role, he provided research and market intelligence to the internal deal origination team as well as portfolio company leadership. Previously, he founded a business that provided outsourced research services to private equity firms. Managing the complete life cycle of each client engagement, Scott provided thoroughly researched market reports and deal origination services to private equity firms. Scott holds a BBA, General Business and an MBA from Stetson University where he was recognized as a Florida Academic Scholar.
