Bio

Neil is a Managing Director at Stonewood Partners. He is responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies on behalf of private equity groups and corporate buyers. Over the past 10 years, Neil has worked with many of the nation's leading financial and strategic buyers sourcing proprietary investment opportunities, developing acquisition search strategies, and successfully managing targeted search programs. He has led search efforts for both new platforms and add-on companies in a diverse group of industries including niche manufacturing, business services, industrial products and services, IT, consumer products, healthcare and financial services. He began his career as a management consultant with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). Neil received a B.S. degree in Finance from Arizona State University and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship.
