Michael Carr Bio

Michael is a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group focusing on transactions in the Diversified Industrial and Services sectors. Michael has over 18 years of experience providing strategic advisory services to clients in a broad range of transactions including executing public and private sell-side, buy-side and special committee assignments. Michael joined Stifel in 2010 in connection with Stifel's acquisition of Thomas Weisel Partners, he had been with TWP since 2003 focused on M&A in the Technology sector. Michael holds a BSBA from Boston University School of Management.
