Alysa Craig Bio

Alysa is a Managing Director in the Equity Capital Markets Group. She also leads Stifel’s Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) practice. Alysa joined Stifel in 2014 and has over 20 years of investment banking experience with a track record of executing over $45bn of M&A, capital markets and lending transactions across a broad range of industries and geographies. Alysa has also successfully executed a number of SPAC transactions and has extensive cross-border M&A experience. She has previously worked at Credit Suisse, Rothschild, Deutsche Bank and Tegris. Alysa received an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
