Artem Krylov joined Stifel GMP in 2021 as a Director in Investment Banking with our Diversified Industries group. Prior to joining Stifel GMP, Artem spent over 10 years in investment banking roles with National Bank Financial and TD Securities. Artem has over 11 years of experience in M&A, equity underwriting, and SPAC transactions, as well as industry experience in automotive, including BEV and hydrogen players, renewable energy, industrial and energy services, aerospace, consumer products, and financial institutions. Prior to his career in investment banking, Artem held positions in accounting and transaction services with KPMG. Artem is a graduate of Wilfred Laurier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, is a CFA Charterholder, CPA, and CA.
