Mr. McKissack joined Stephens in 1996, and currently leads Stephens M&A practice. He has been involved in, and led mergers and acquisitions and sale transactions across numerous industries, including technology, healthcare, retail and consumer, for both public and private companies. He has been actively involved with public company boards and management teams as they consider strategic alternatives, including in shareholder activist situations and hostile defense assignments. Mr. McKissack graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas with a BSBA in finance.
