Mr. Scanlon joined Stephens in 2003. He is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions group and has experience executing M&A and capital raising transactions and strategic advisory assignments in a variety of sectors. He has spent a significant amount of time on both buy side and sell side assignments as well as other strategic advisory work in the Power & Industrial Technology and Technology sectors. Mr. Scanlon graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana with a BS in Business Administration and Economics.
