Steve Dearing is a Managing Director in the New York office of Stephens Inc. Mr. Dearing has more than 30 years of ECM experience in all aspects of financing middle market companies as well as ancillary ECM products including, ATMs, buybacks, 144 monetizations, tender offers and private placements. Mr. Dearing has originated or executed transactions with aggregate value in excess of $30 billion over his career across a wide range of industries including transportation, industrial, healthcare, technology, media, energy and real estate. This experience provides Mr. Dearing with unique product knowledge and the ability to structure transactions for each client’s specific needs. Prior to joining Stephens Inc. Mr. Dearing was an equity capital markets banker at Bear Stearns, JP Morgan, Cantor and Imperial Capital. Mr. Dearing earned a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
