Mr. McFarlin joined Stephens in 1999. He is part of the Mergers and Acquisitions group working on advisory assignments in all industry areas. During his career, Mr. McFarlin has advised on more than 70 transactions with a combined value of greater than $10 billion in industries including Technology, Consumer and Insurance. He has spent significant time on both buyside and sellside assignments as well as other strategic advisory work. Mr. McFarlin graduated cum laude from Hendrix College with a BA in economics and business, and an MA in accounting.
