Wulf is an experienced investment banker working for more than 25 years in the financial industry. He has been working in various investment banking positions as a client relationship manager and corporate finance advisor with strong focus on general industries including Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Industrial Services, Metals & Mining, Building Materials, Paper & Packaging and Chemicals. During his career he successfully worked on a broad range of corporate finance assignments including mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, secondary offerings, debt financing, financial restructurings and leverage buyout transactions involving a diverse range of German and international multinationals, mid-market corporations and private equity investors. Based on his long term experience, Wulf commands a broad network of senior contacts with key executives across numerous industrial sectors. He has worked on various notable transactions for renowned German clients including ThyssenKrupp, Continental, BMW, Siemens, Volkswagen and Kuka. Noteworthy international clients include Arcelor, GM, Fiat, Ford, Oerlikon, BorgWarner, BAE Systems, Valeo as well as several private equity funds. In his former roles, Wulf was Head of Industrial Group at Sal. Oppenheim and at Dresdner Kleinwort and a senior banker at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and London. Most recently, he was part of the German Management Team of DC Advisory, the European corporate finance arm of Japanese Daiwa Securities, and before he lead the German M&A advisory business at Deloitte. He started his career as an auditor and corporate finance advisor at Arthur Andersen in Frankfurt, 1991. Wulf is a German national and is fluent in English. He is a qualified banker and holds a degree in business administration from University of Muenster, North Rhine-Westphalia.
