Peter Chiu is Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions in the Investment Banking Group. Pete has been with Statesman for over 20 years and assists in the financial statement preparation, analysis, and transaction structuring. Previously he was in credit review and internal audit at MetroBank and he was a staff accountant for Prudential Insurance. Pete is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and has his M.S. in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering – M.I.T.
