Larry Schumann is a Director of the Austin, Texas office of Statesman Corporate Finance. In this role, Larry serves the corporate finance and M&A needs of privately held middle-market companies, and their owners. Larry Schumann has held numerous positions at TCC Industries, a NYSE listed conglomerate, including Chairman and CEO, served as COO and CFO of SciComp Inc, a software development company, and was on the audit staff of Coopers and Lybrand, now, Prices Waterhouse Coopers. Larry Schumann holds a BBA-Accounting from Texas A&M University. He holds the FINRA Series 7, 66, and 79 securities licenses and is a Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) and Certified Business Intermediary (CBI). He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Texas real estate brokers license.
