Craig Warznak is a Senior Vice President with SSG Capital Advisors. He is responsible for leading financial analyses, market research, and general oversight of the deal process. He works closely with SSG’s clients on a wide range of special situations transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, recapitalizations, and private placements of both senior and subordinated debt and equity. He is skilled at balancing the complexities of sophisticated transactions, managing competing priorities, ensuring all deadlines are met, and bringing a unique perspective to each transaction. Prior to joining SSG, he served as a Vice President for an international investment firm, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing middle-market investments. Previously he held senior-level positions with CDI Corporation and Day & Zimmermann, where he led corporate development and strategic planning. He began his career in investment banking at Lazard. Craig received The M&A Advisor’s 11th Annual Emerging Leaders Award in 2020. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Association for Corporate Growth.
