Bio

Simon is a partner at Springboard Corporate Finance and has more than 25 years’ experience advising institutions, owner managers, founders and corporates on all types of transaction, in a range of sectors. Simon’s previous experience in private equity has enabled him to build a profile in working on a range of private equity deals including management advisory services, working with management teams in a number of secondary and tertiary buy-out situations, sale mandates and providing acquisition advice to PE backed businesses. Simon qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse. He has also spent time with Catalyst Corporate Finance, and had a spell in banking with RBS. Prior to joining Springboard in 2012, Simon spent 10 years as a principal investor working in private equity with Livingbridge and EV Group.
