Bio

Justin is a partner with over 25 years’ experience. He has an extensive track record of advising institutions, owner managers and corporates on all aspects of corporate finance transactions across most sectors. Justin qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994 with PwC and on qualification joined their Insolvency and Restructuring team. Having gained invaluable commercial experience dealing with insolvent and distressed companies, he joined Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance team in 1996, before founding Springboard in 2005.
