James Bailey Bio

James is a Partner at Springboard Corporate Finance with over 10 years of advisory experience, and an extensive track record across all aspects of a corporate finance transaction. Following a degree in economics at the University of East Anglia, James qualified as a Chartered Accountant and joined Springboard in 2011, gaining experience acting for institutions, owner managers, founders and corporates on a wide range of transactions. James has worked with private equity on a number of sell side mandates and has experience supporting the buy and build strategies of private equity-backed businesses.
