David is a partner with over 20 years’ experience encompassing advising institutions, owner managers, founders and corporates across most sectors and has a particular focus on Industrial Services and Technology markets. David has a deep understanding of private equity and debt markets in the mid-market, which has enabled him to build a profile with leading private equity houses. David qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand before moving to Ernst & Young to join their corporate finance team in 1998. Having risen through the Ernst & Young team, David co-founded Springboard Corporate Finance in 2005.
