Marc Brookman joined Spouting Rock in 2022, bringing more than 30 years of experience to the role of Chief Executive Officer for Spouting Rock Asset Management (SRAM). Prior to joining SRAM, he served as the Chief Executive Officer for Schroders North America where he was responsible for operations in the United States and Canada. Before Schroders, Marc held various roles at Morgan Stanley including managing director and head of institutional wealth services where he was responsible for Graystone Consulting as well as institutional advisory businesses including corporate retirement, corporate cash, public funds, defined contribution and financial wellness. While at Morgan Stanley, Marc also ran the consulting group distribution and was responsible for over $800 billion in assets under management. Additionally, he oversaw the firm’s advisory products as well as program development and management. Previous experiences in asset management include leadership roles at Citigroup Asset Management, New York Life Investment Management and Oppenheimer Capital across Institutional, Retail, Retirement and Distribution. Marc received his BS in Business from James Madison University. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for James Madison University School of Business and has held multiple leadership roles for the Money Management Institute.
