Simon has spent 17 years working in corporate finance and Banking, specialising in Leverage finance / M&A. He joined Spectrum in 2015, prior to which he was a Director in HSBC's Leverage Finance team, having previously been a Director at Barclays in Restructuring and an Associate Director at RBS Leverage Finance. At Spectrum, Simon advises PE and Corporate clients on debt capital raising for a wide range of domestic and international M&A transactions with values of £3m - £300m+. Recent examples of his fundraising experience include supporting ASL, Amberjack, Microgen, JKR, Sohonet, Kynetec, K2 and Style Analytics through a range of MBO's, M&A, Refinances and Recapitalisations.
