Mark is a Managing Director at Spectrum and has been working in the UK’s Mid Market for over 30 years. Previously a Partner at Catalyst Corporate Finance, Mark played a major part in the growth of the business prior to its sale to Alantra in 2017. Mark is an experienced and well-respected Corporate Finance professional with an extensive history of advising entrepreneurs through business sales, acquisitions and MBO’s, specialising in the mid-market. Following his graduation from the University of Leeds, Mark started his career at Grant Thornton, where he was made Partner at the age of 29. In 2001 Mark joined KPMG Corporate Finance as a Partner in Milton Keynes, then moved to London in 2005 to build on his activity with the private equity community. In 2013, Mark joined Catalyst Corporate Finance, now Alantra, as a partner in London.
