Iain has had a 30 year career in technology encompassing both Corporate life and his own businesses. Originally starting out with Nortel Networks as UK Financial Director, he moved in to general management before leaving Nortel in 1994, having been AVP for the UK Enterprise business. This was the beginning of a period of establishing and subsequently exiting a number of his own technology businesses, which included, Video Terminals ( sold to VideoTex Systems inc), Personal Comms Europe ( Sold to Martin Dawes), Datapulse Group ( Sold to Mettoni Plc), Mettoni Group Ltd (MBO from Plc) sold to Enghouse Systems Inc. in 2010. There were also a number of acquisitions throughout this period including STS (renamed as Interactive Distribution and sold to I3), Digital Techniques sold to MCK Communications inc, and Arc Solutions (incorporated in to Mettoni) As part of the sale of Mettoni Group Ltd to Enghouse, Iain assumed the position of President EMEA and Asia, from 2010 to 2015, growing revenues from $30m to over $110m including heading up and subsequently integrating a number of cross border acquisitions.
