Alex is a Lead Advisory Director at Spectrum, based in the London office. Alex works with entrepreneurs, large corporates and private equity investors on M&A transactions, company disposals, strategy and fund-raising projects. Alex takes a leading role on transactions, working with the key stakeholders on project strategy and managing the process through to completion. Alex qualified as a chartered accountant with BDO in 2012, whilst working with the firm as a Corporate Finance Executive. In 2013 Alex joined Clearwater International as an Assistant Director and took a leading role on deal collaborations between member firms in their global network, before re-joining BDO as a Director focused on the Lifestyle and Wellbeing Sector– one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK.
