Shaun Brownell Bio

Shaun is a Partner in the business, having joined in 2005. He is a graduate of Cambridge University, where he studied Economics and is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with Arthur Andersen. Shaun has led a large number of M&A transactions and advisory projects across the Consumer sector including the acquisition of Symington’s by Intermediate Capital Group, the sale of Clipper Tea to Wessanen and the £550m sale of Quorn to Monde Nissin. Prior to joining Spayne Lindsay & Co, Shaun spent four years at Arthur Andersen, and later Deloitte, where he worked in the real estate tax team before transferring to the private equity and M&A group.
