Paul Satchell Bio

Paul is a Partner in the business, having joined in 2005. He is a graduate of Oxford University, where he studied Mathematics and is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with Arthur Andersen. Paul has led a large number M&A transactions and advisory projects across the Consumer sector including the £200m sale of Premier Foods’ sweet spreads division to Hain Daniels, the £113m sale of Uniq to Greencore and the £205m acquisition of Quorn by Exponent Private Equity. Prior to joining Spayne Lindsay & Co, Paul spent four years at Arthur Andersen, and later Deloitte, where he worked in the corporate tax team before transferring to Corporate Finance.
