Patrizio Finicelli Bio

Patrizio serves as a Managing Director at Spayne Lindsay & Co., having come on board in 2016. He holds a cum laude double Master's degree in Economics and Finance from LUISS Guido Carli University in Italy and an MBA from Oxford University. Since joining Spayne Lindsay & Co., Patrizio has been involved in numerous transactions and strategic initiatives within the consumer sector. Before this, he was an Associate on the M&A team at HSBC, concentrating on the European technology sector. His early career was marked by a tenure with Ernst & Young's M&A and Business Modelling teams in Rome and London, where he was instrumental in executing a variety of national and international deals. Patrizio is fluent in his native Italian as well as Spanish.
