Irena Iashchyshyna Bio

Irena is a Partner of Spayne Lindsay, having joined the business in 2019 to expand our Continental European practice. Irena has over 30 years’ experience in Corporate Strategy and M&A in Food & Beverages in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. At Spayne Lindsay Irena has been involved in a variety of M&A projects, focusing on mid to large buyside transactions, including complex carve-outs and transformational build-ups, across Food & Beverages, Beauty & Personal Care, Consumer Health care, and Ingredients industries. In particular, she co-led the Spayne Lindsay team on the €4.5bn acquisition of Lipton Teas & Infusions(former ekaterra) by CVC. Prior to Spayne Lindsay, Irena was a Senior Advisor at Messier Maris & Associés’ and before that she headed Strategy and M&A for GBfoods (Agrolimen). Irena holds an MBA from ESADE Business School, Spain.
