Bio

Patrizio is a Director in the business, having joined Spayne Lindsay & Co. in 2016. He is a graduate of LUISS Guido Carli University in Italy (cum laude double Master’s degree in Economics and Finance) and holds an MBA from Oxford University. Since joining the Spayne Lindsay & Co team Patrizio has worked on a number of transactions and strategic projects across the consumer sector. Prior to joining Spayne Lindsay & Co, Patrizio was an Associate in the M&A team in HSBC focused on the European technology sector. He spent his early career in the Ernst & Young M&A and Business Modelling team in Rome and London executing a wide range of national and international transactions.
