Chris is a Partner at Spayne Lindsay & Co, having joined the firm in 2011. He holds a First Class Master's degree in Chemistry from Oxford University and is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Since starting at Spayne Lindsay & Co, Chris has led and participated in numerous buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and advisory projects. Notable deals include the £550 million sale of Quorn to Monde Nissin, the divestiture of Reflex Nutrition to Associated British Foods and the £180 million sale of Karro Food Group to Capvest. Prior to Spayne Lindsay & Co, Chris was part of the Corporate Tax advisory team at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in US inbound and private equity portfolio companies, predominantly in the consumer sector. He also worked on general M&A structuring and tax restructuring for distressed and insolvent companies.
