Alexandre Weill has been a Partner in the business and a member of our Paris team since April 2021. Alexandre holds degrees from HEC Paris, graduating in 1998, and from Ferrandi Paris, the French school of culinary arts and hospitality management, where he graduated in 2011. Before joining Spayne Lindsay, Alexandre spent three years at Messis Finance, seven years as a chef and restaurant entrepreneur, ten years in investment banking with Morgan Stanley in Paris and London, having started his career at CS First Boston in Paris. With 15 years of experience in M&A, Alexandre has advised on over 20 transactions with a combined value of more than $30 billion, covering a range of products including M&A, LBO, IPO, secondary offerings, bond issues, and more.
