Virendra brings over 22+ years of Investment banking experience across private equity, M&A advisory and capital market transactions. He has led deals across segments of healthcare and lifesciences such as domestic formulations, APIs, CDMO, hospitals, distribution, diagnostics, single specialty and health-tech. He has spearheaded and been part of M&A and PE deals aggregating over USD 3.5 Bn across various sectors incl. healthcare and lifesciences. In addition, he has led capital market deals aggregating over $2.5B. Prior to joining Spark Capital, he was with JM Financial as an Executive Director in the healthcare and consumer team and with JM Morgan Stanley as Vice President. Virendra is a mechanical engineer from VJTI, MBA (Fin) from JBIMS and has a CFA charter from CFA Institute, USA.
