Vaishnavi is the Chief Financial Officer at Spark Capital. She is a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and taxation. She was earlier employed with an NBFC - Northern Arc Capital Limited, heading the finance and accounting function and played a crucial role in setting up their internal control processes, and later worked as a part of the financial planning and accounting function. She began her career at Deloitte as an articled trainee and post qualification, worked in their Audit and Assurance department.
