Prasanna is an Managing Director and heads the Industrials, Logistics & Infra Investment banking franchise at Spark Capital. Since joining Spark in 2001, Prasanna spent 18+ years as an investment banker in multiple sectors including the equity capital market and championing deals in the infrastructure, industrial and logistics verticals, prior to moving into his current role. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
