A member of the founding Team, Kapil oversees the Investment Advisory business apart from playing a key role in all the strategic decisions/initiatives of Spark. With extensive background across public market equities and debt structuring, Kapil has previously worked with HDFC Bank, GE Capital and Standard Chartered Bank. He is an MBA from BIM, Trichy.
