Ghoutham is part of the Technology & Business Services Investment Banking franchise at Spark Capital. He has ~15 years of experience in Investment Banking and Cross Border M&A. Prior to Spark, led the M&A / Strategy efforts for L&T Technology Services. Before that he was part of CapGemini M&A, HSBC Investment Banking and PwC Investment Banking. Ghoutham has done ~20+ cross border deals in IT/ITES/Business Services and holds a B.E from MIT, Anna University and MBA from SCMHRD – Symbiosis and PE/VC certification from University of Bocconi, Italy. Few notable large transactions of his include iGATE – Patni acquisition and CapGemini – iGATE acquisition, among others.
