He mainly deals with corporate restructurings - mergers, demergers and transfers - and mergers and acquisitions activities. His professional activity includes skills such as taxation of the financial and banking sector, SIM, asset management company and other regulated financial activities. In addition to this, Spada offers assistance relating to insolvency proceedings and the extension of relations pursuant to art. 67: LF, ex att. 182 bis of the Finance Law, pursuant to art. 161 LF. He is a consultant on tax and corporate issues and on aspects of international taxation and company valuation. He holds the position of Member of the Boards of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors of important listed and unlisted Italian companies.
