Luca Zoani Bio

Born in Milan, Luca Zoani is a certified public accountant and independent auditor and started his professional career in 2001 with a leading firm in his hometown. After three years, he joined the German multinational Bayer group with the role of tax manager where, in addition to improving his German, he developed in-depth knowledge of tax issues in the field of Life Sciences. In 2008, he joined Spada Partners and became a partner in 2011. He currently deals with corporate taxation, fiscal planning and M&A, VAT, and transfer pricing transactions. He also has a significant experience in the management of private equity investments and venture capital. He is a member of the Board of Directors of major industrial and financial companies, is the author of publications and praised speaker in courses and conferences. Married and father of two girls, with an innate love for the mountains, more recently Luca Zoani discovered a new great passion for golf, and, whenever he can, he grabs his bag and off he goes to the greens with his girls.
