Graduated in Economics and Commerce from Bocconi, at the beginning of his profession he collaborated with leading tax and financial advisors. In 2001 he joined the Spada Partners firm of which he has been a partner since 2005. His areas of specialization focus on M&A operations, mainly in support of Private Equity Funds, in corporate reorganization operations, as well as in the area of ​​compliance tax and corporate. He also boasts significant restructuring experience in corporate crisis contexts as well as in the direct management of crisis management situations. He held and holds roles of Independent Director and member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of leading listed and unlisted companies such as Terna SpA, Inwit SpA, Unareti SpA, Prelios Credit Servicing SpA, Aeroporti di Roma SpA, Poste Vita SpA, Kos SpA.
