Milanese, Guido Sazbon joined the Spada Partners firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2003, after gaining experience in firms linked to international networks. Graduated in Economics and Commerce at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, he has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan and with the Register of Auditors since 1995. His areas of specialization are focused on M&A, in the reorganization of national and international groups and in due diligence activities, mainly at the service of Private Equity funds. National and international consultancy completes the skills in the tax and corporate fields. He also holds statutory auditor positions in numerous national and multinational companies operating in various economic sectors.
