Cristiano Proserpio graduated in Business and Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Since 2003, he has been registered with the Milan Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors, with the Register of Statutory Auditors, with the Register of Expert Witnesses of the Court of Milan, Civil Division, specialties “valuation of businesses and extraordinary transactions”, and with the List of Experts for negotiated settlements aimed at the resolution of business crises. He joined the Firm in 2004 and, in 2007, he became a partner in the division devoted to M&A, restructuring, and corporate finance. He built up a significant experience by providing assistance to private equity funds and companies in acquisitions, business crisis management, and extraordinary finance transactions. He consistently serves as a statutory auditor of industrial companies, including listed companies and entities operating in the financial market, and occasionally delivered presentations at conferences on business crisis management and bankruptcy procedures.
