Bio

Antonio Zecca is a Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor. After obtaining his degree in Law and Business Administration from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, he started his professional career with Arthur Andersen and then continued, for approximately 10 years, with Deloitte, in the Transaction and Reorganization Services Department, both in Milan and London. He joined Spada Partners in 2010 and became a partner in 2012. His professional activity is focused on M&A, transaction support (financial due diligence) mainly delivered to Private Equity funds, business valuations, restructuring services provided as an advisor, attestor and CRO, as well as forensic and accounting expert services. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors and of the Board of Statutory Auditors of major industrial and financial companies and as Extraordinary Administrator appointed by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development.
