William Greer Bio

William Greer is a Vice President in Infrastructure, Power & Renewables. He joined Solomon Partners in 2023. Prior to joining Solomon Partners, William worked in Goldman Sachs’ global industrials group for nearly five years after working within their equity capital markets group. His experience includes providing advisory services to public and private clients on sell and buy-side M&A, equity and debt financings, activism defense and strategic alternatives. He has completed transactions with an aggregate value of over $30B across sell and buy-side M&A and capital-raising transactions. William holds a BS in Physics from Haverford College.
