Robert Rosengarten Bio

Robert Rosengarten is Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Solomon Partners. He joined the firm in 2021. Robert joined Solomon Partners from Milbank LLP, where he was a member of the firm’s Global Corporate Group. At Milbank, Robert advised on an array of domestic and cross-border M&A and other corporate transactions, including sales of entire companies, joint ventures, business combinations, minority equity investments and restructurings. Robert holds a JD from New York University School of Law and received a BA degree, summa cum laude, from Queens College, City University of New York. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
