Rebecca Castar Bio

Rebecca Castar is Vice President of HR Operations, Compensation, Benefits, and Technology. She joined the firm in 2022. Rebecca brings to Solomon Partners wide-ranging human resources experience in financial services and technology, with time spanning established global firms as well as boutique organizations. Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca served as a People Operations Manager at HYPR Corp, a cybersecurity start-up. Rebecca holds a BA in Urban Studies from the University of Pittsburgh with a minor in Economics.
