Raine Rogers Mackey Bio

Raine Rogers Mackey serves as Solomon Partners’ Director of Recruiting and Engagement. Raine joined the firm in 1996 from Paramount Communications, where she was a manager in its corporate communications group. At Solomon Partners, she has played a key role in the firm’s undergraduate and MBA recruiting efforts nearly from the start and today coordinates all aspects of the process – from the firm’s on-campus presence and the several recruiting events it hosts throughout the year, to serving as the main point of contact for prospective and incoming candidates. Raine is also involved in the management of Solomon Partners’ administrative staff and special projects.
