Maria Tatham Bio

Maria Tatham is Director of Talent & Leadership Development. She joined Solomon Partners in 2020. Prior to joining Solomon Partners, Maria worked at American Express in the Colleague Experience Group for nearly nine years. Her experience spans a variety of responsibilities across the Human Resources function in New York and Hong Kong, including learning & leadership development, compensation, benefits, and business partner roles. Maria began her career recruiting for non-profit organizations. Maria holds an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Boston College.
