Jeff Feigenbaum is a Vice President in the M&A Execution and Cross-Border group. He re-joined PJ SOLOMON in 2021. Mr. Feigenbaum has nearly a decade of experience in both client advisory services and principal investing. Prior to re-joining PJ SOLOMON, Mr. Feigenbaum served as a Vice President at Sun Capital Partners, where he was responsible for transaction evaluation and execution (M&A, capital markets, restructurings) and portfolio company management. His experience spans a variety of industries including A&D, business services, consumer, general industrial, retail and telecom. Mr. Feigenbaum began his career as an analyst at PJ SOLOMON, advising public and private clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt recapitalizations and restructurings.
