James Butcher is a Managing Director in Technology. He joined the firm in 2024. James has 18 years of investment banking experience, representing clients across the Media & Technology sectors on a variety of assignments, including sell-side, buy-side, divestiture and merger transactions, as well as debt and equity financing and restructurings. James holds a BA from University College London and is a Chartered Accountant (FCA).
